They have regular deathmatches (the other night we had 16 in there, was awesome), often people on public voice chat in the Discord and once a week, an event which is crazy fun and usually very well attended. I’ve been there about six weeks now, a personal record. I do go on one server – Fully Loaded – that has done more to keep my interest. After all, when the puppets are no longer a challenge and you have everything, why bother? I bury a box of stuff that’s not just crap. Perhaps I find a truck, or find money and buy one, or get a whole miltary camo outfit that actually matches. Maybe the airport, maybe some serious bunker visits. I’ll even hang around so I can nip back into the Police Station the next day and pick up another M9 magazine and 9 bullets at 60% health. I do the things that so many players stop doing once they’re better established. I get all the little thrills (OMG A REEL OF COTTON!) and slightly bigger ones (AN ATV! I’M SO LUCKY!). If I go into a bunker and get blown up by a bombie, it doesn’t really matter, I just do a random spawn elsewhere and start again. It’s the time when I’m playing that I feel most free and optimistic.Īfter all, I’ve nothing at all to lose. I don’t know if you’re anything like me when it comes to Scum the game, but nothing beats starting out in orange, making a spear and finding out what a server is like.
